You could not choose a worse management company. If you want something done, be prepared to hound them to do it daily for at least two weeks. There are cockroaches and flooded apartments (that they do nothing to fix, not even to mitigate mold). The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. There prices are outrageously high. Randall Park Rentals defines slum lord.

Overall it has been good. Maintenance does a great job! Fairly good, very good rates and helpful staff.

The management has been very professional and helpful while moving in. It has been a good experience.
