Sam's Club

Yes I loves to go to sam but the problem is that some of the cashier aren't very. Nice. I had one that stacked my groceries up on the counter and told me that I am suppose to put my own groceries in cart and she will put it in there if I ask her, and that's her job she made me very upset.

I like the product selection and the prices here; my problem is with the service: when I could put my card on the checkout conveyor belt with my food, the cashier let it roll down inside the checkout stand. That was OK but he wanted me to go stand in line for a new card when I had other appointments to get to. He went over to ask his supervisor to do. When I asked if they were going to check me out without my membership card she said, "We can check you out without a card at OUR discretion." I felt like she was trying to punish me or put me in my place.



From now on I will avoid going to Madison Sam's club unless they have something I can't get any place else.
