Fallas

Wanted to purchase scrubs here. They did not have fitting rooms.... odd it's a clothing store. I specifically asked the employee working " since I cannot try these on can I return them if they do not fit me after I try them on at home?" she said " yes, as long as you have the receipt and its within 30 days. Got home they did not fit right. 4-5 days later I went to go return them and the lady told me I could not return them and get my money back because I paid in cash and not with a card. IVE NEVER HEARD THAT BEFORE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I had a receipt. 2nd of all it doesn't matter they misinformed me so they should of honored what they promised. This is why I asked ahead!! to make sure I could return them!! The manager did not seem like she cared. They gave me the money on a gift card for their store which sucked because I didn't want or need anything else from their store. I ended up getting Clorox wipes, dog poop bags, laundry soap and random items I could use but I will never shop here again and neither will all my classmates next door to this location who used to shop in this store often. You lost not only me as a customer but several others!!
