Bathliners Direct

I had this company do a liner for my tub and shower, as well as put in a tile floor and vanity in June of 2003. The caulking they used in the tub/shower area is now molding and turning yellow. When I called to have them fix their warrantied work, I was told they are out of business. At the Novi Home show I was told that the same owners ARE in business - just with a new name. Too many complaints to the old name??
