The Flower Shop

They advertise hours BUT ARE NOT THERE. They told me on the phone they are not open Sat or Sun and yet on their website they're supposed to be open Sat. They don't return phone calls or emails. Don't deal with them. I did through FlowerShopping.com. NEVER AGAIN

I recently hired this place to cater and do flowers for my wedding. I sat in a meeting listening to exactly what she told my wife we would be receiving. Let me start by saying the flowers were beautiful, per my wife, but I don't even know where to start about the food and her overall service. My wife called me in tears the Monday of the wedding because the lady did not provide any of the poinsettias she promised to. Then when my mother in law called and said I'm not trying to be rude, she responded with, well it sounds like you are. So maybe she just had a bad day and forgot one thing? Nope! She failed to come through on coolers for beer, and it became a huge unnessary inconceivable. This is what really grinds my gears though, she served McDonald's chicken nuggets... WTF!! My grooms cake was store bought and the wrong color. Not to mention the bartenders she provided looked 13 and had a tip jar laid out, after I specifically said no tip jars. I would not recommend anyone using this place. She was much cheaper than other caterers, but chicken nuggets from Mcdonalds??? Give me a break!! I even jokingly said, these look like McDonald's nuggets and a friend said they are. He knew they were because the lady left the sauces from McDonald's on the table as well. It's almost comical.

I highly recommend The Flower Shop in Macon for your floral and catering needs. Cherlyn Baggerly And Helen Hall did a beautiful job on my daughters wedding. Cherlyn also was the wedding director. I got lots of compliments on the food and decor. Thanks so much

I used the flowers and tablecloths for an event at work and I couldn’t be happier. I was so impressed. First, I ordered the wrong size tables for the event and they made it work. It was my mistake and they fixed it. They went above and beyond make sure my event was a success. The flowers were amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are so easy to work with.

Terrible customer service......We made arrangements with this flower shop to provide flowers and background items for our daughters wedding,as welll as catering the reception. They forgot candle arbors and had to go back and get them, none of the greenery that was in the photo of the background was provided, half of the Grandmothers bouteneers were provided, and the flower girls flowers were not brought. we tried contacting the Co-ordinator that day and never received a return call. Family members had to finally arrange the items and flowers at the alter because the ladies who came to set up had no idea how things were to be arranged. Keep in mind that a picture of exactly what we wanted was provided to the co-ordinator at the florists shop. Even items on the menu were changed without letting us know and the other foods were from cans. We were totally dis-satisfied with the service provide for the anmount of money that we pais for their services.



I gave a 1 star rating only because this would not post without a star rating.....they get a NO STAR from me.

I was referred to the flower shop by ms. erica at davis wholesale I went in to the flower shop I brought in my own rose buds and they made 6 boutiqueneers for $6. Not 6$ a piece but $1 a pc. They were very friendly and had them done in like 5 minutes! I would def recommend checking them out no one is going to beat her prices
