Stanley Steemer

Stanley Steemer went above and beyond coming out to clean my tile and furniture. It looks brand new! The crew was completely helpful and accommodating and I'll definitely use them again! Thank you Middle Ga Crew!

Two years ago next month, Stanley Steemer did a job for my mother who was in the hospital at the time critically ill.She had a doll made of porcelain.The doll was in a chair low on the floor,so I moved her to the couch where I thought she would be out of harms way. The couch was pulled away from the wall with the doll resting on a pillow.After the cleaners left I proceeded to move the doll back to her place, when I discovered that the dolls leg had been broken.The doll was in tact when I moved her to the couch. When I contacted Stanley Steemer and asked what they were going to do about hte doll I was offered a $100.00 certificate to use. The problem is that the doll is valued at between $400.00 and $500.00. My mother was 79 at the time and is currently 81 and there is hardly a time I talk to her that the doll is not brought up. I feel partly responsible for going with Stanley Steemers in the first place. I can assure you that I will look far and wide before I ever call on these people again. I will mention that the doll was given to my mother by my step-father who past away last December, so you see it is the sentimental as well as dollar value involved To be offered a $100.00 certificate,which only went back into Stanley Steemers coffers is insult to injury.

I had my tile floor clean done in the kitchen & bathrooms. They done a very poor job the first time. I sent pictures of the poorly done job to the company. They agreed to come back. The only problem with this is after they redone the kitchen they remeasured my floors and was going try to charge me EXTRA!!! Supposedly the first measurements weren't correct. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

I have a review on an issue, not service. When I called for an estimate the lady (nice) said it would be $79.00 just to come out to LOOK at the chair to see if it could be cleaned. There is a stain I hope will come out but I feel that price is ridiculous!! Why not stop by while in the area????? Y'all have lost my business!

We always have our carpets professionally cleaned about this time of every year and have used Stanley Steamer in the past, several times. However, last year, because of the one negative review listed on the YP page, we chose another company last year ( 2012), and had a terrible experience - bad job, not moving furniture, bad attitude, wanted to charge extra for everything they touched, etc. So yesterday, we called Stanley Steamer back - they were GREAT and did an AWESOME JOB!!! They came out right away-same day service. They were courteous, respectful, very helpful with moving things, did an AWESOME job and went above and beyond to make us happy and all for the exact same price as the knuckle heads from last year! Thank you to Stanley Steamer in Macon, GA for a JOB WELL DONE!! You deserve 5 stars and your customer service is spot on!! We will never call anyone else again!! Customer for life!!!

They lied to me! They said they were really good but they were not good at anythings they did :(
