Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

i love cheddars dearly but found that the one on watson blvd in macon is simply disapointing the service is really slow as you have to wait forever for refills ,, the manager is is not concerned at all nore cares if you have a bad dining experience as the sides that come with the meal were also cold ,, i will still always go to cheddars but never this one watson blvd in macon ,, such a disapointment!! i will drive 50 miles out of the way from now on before i go to this one!!!!!!!!! none caring and concerned managment at this one !1

Great food and customer service

My family ate at the Cheddar's on Riverside Dr. on Saturday January 23, 2010. Our service was horrible. Before my sister could order the waiter said "hey girl what do you want." After almost everyone ordered the waiter stopped taking our orders (it was a party of 5) and ask who was going to pay for all the food. I have never been treated so poorly in a resturant before. I was appaled the the waiter would actually stop taking orders to ask who was paying, implying that we weren't going to pay the bill.

My family and I love this place! Great food with a good price and a good portion size. I love the Blackened Catfish and the ribeye steak. Their other dishes are pretty good as well. Friendly service and a good atmosphere. Because it is so popular, you may have to wait a bit to get a seat, but it is worth the wait. Give it a try!

Good food especially the chicken fingers and cheesesteak. Service is a little slow when waiting for a server or the check but once ordered, the food comes to you pretty quick. Food is hot and fresher when you eat an early lunch. You may get cold food if you eat a late lunch.
