Susumu Japanese Steakhouse

I would have to say that I and my family were very disappointed with the service, we had reservations for 6PM and did not get our dinner cooked until after 7pm, they were busy with 3 cooks. Our cook was amazing, but as for the rest of the staff, especially the manager she should take customer service classes, as she was extremely rude, we had finished eating, then tell us, they are out of the pineapple cake for our birthday boy, we waited 15 minutes for them to bring us our bill, but they already cleared our table, the manager asked us why we were still there? DUH!! we were waiting for our checks, they were very rude.. We should have left then maybe they would have realized they had not given us a bill. They did not know what each person was doing? The amount of food for the price was not even enough to fill our 5 year old granddaughter, we had to come home and eat... they have gone way down hill, as we have eaten there many times before. It will be a long time before we ever go back..
