Emily Q. Smith, ARNP, misled my husband to believe the wart on his knee was cancerous, so that we wouldn't take the time to find an actual doctor to remove it. At the time of removal, she then changed her story and told us it was "just a wart". Not to mention the exam room was filthy, and she didn't property set up a sterile environment or clean the area properly before cutting him open. When we came back to have his stitches removed, the would was obviously not ready and was showing signs of infection. She didn't address the infection at all, and, furthermore, she insisted we remove the stitches that day, because she wanted to teach her unqualified MA how to do it. The wound popped open just a couple hours later. He was in huge amounts of pain, bled a ton, and is now missing an entire extra week of work, because it cannot be stitched up again. I cannot urge you enough to go somewhere else.

I've been going to LSC since I was a baby, I'm 19 now. For as long as I can remember, they did amazing jobs at taking care of their patients. But ever since they moved to corporate, the place is going downhill pretty fast. They keep getting new people, every time I'm there it's someone different. They are charging quite a bit more than they used to, and I just can't keep up. It seems all they want is your money. They don't really care much when you're there, the newer doctors are so careless. They will barely look at you and just send you out w medication you probably don't even need or it's for the wrong sickness. That's happened to me quite a lot there recently w their new Drs. It's just sad.

Even though I am a almost 20 year customer, the owner of this small business refused to talk with me, or even to call me back. There are constant problems with doing simple blood draws with them, which are of course never their fault. The staff is constant new and with the attitude that they are more important then the customer. Which is actually true as they are constantly busy and short staffed, I wish I was the owner there. I am made to feel like I am a hassle because the new staff is unable to draw my blood, and I am lectured constantly to drink enough water before I come in even though I tell them I do. Conversely, when I went to Swedish hospital today, they were able to draw my blood in literally two minutes and without compliant or drama. Nonetheless, me and my blood and habits are the problem to LSC, rather then their obviously inexperienced staff and poor equipment. Enjoy it while it lasts.
