Hansen Bros. Moving & Storage

This was the best move I have ever had because they made it seem easy. Moving is not easy, I have used movers about ten times, and there are always moments of anxiety. Not so with Hansen Brothers. They made the whole experience seem like a walk in the park.On the phone and giving a quote, Jenny was uncommonly patient, respectful, organized and low pressure. She gave me the time me to collect my scattered thoughts and figure out what I really needed. I spoke to three movers who were "five-stars" on here, and Hansen Bros. put me most at ease.The movers were fantastic. Punctual, respectful, fast as hell. They didn't grunt and groan like most movers, they cheerfully did stuff they hadn't expected to do (removed a light fixture so my couch could fit out the old door, figured out how to disassemble/reassemble my Ikea furniture, did a long haul at the new house when the truck didn't fit down my driveway). We recently used Hanson Bros to move from Northgate to Bothell. It went very smoothly. The guys that came out to do the work were friendly and efficient. We would definitely use this company again.

We moved to Seattle 8 years ago using Bekins Van Lines. When we decided that we were going to retire to Arizona, we called the local Bekins agent, Hansen Brothers. It turned out that they weren't a Bekins agent any longer, but now are an Allied agent. We went ahead and had them come out for an estimate. Paula was extremely helpful in providing a concise and clear estimate of our charges. Our move went off without a hitch and we couldn't be happier. We will be telling our friends.

My husband and I have had a number of moves in our lives and it has always been a stressful experience and left us feeling nervous for the next one. This time was so much different. Hansen's really took care of us from start to finish. I can't say enough about how nice they were. Everything moved without any damage and under the estimated price.

This is the 2nd time we've used Hansen Bros for a move. They have done a great job for us both times. Paula gave an accurate estimate and the crew moved everything out and into our new home without a problem. Five gold stars for them!

We bought a new house in Edmonds and had Hansen Bros. move us out of our house in Mountlake Terrace. The salesperson was professional and really nice and spent more time talking about our concerns than the other couple of people we got estimates from. They showed up on time and got to work right away. The lead mover also talked to us about everything and made sure that we were taken care of. Everything showed up at the other end with no damage and in a half hour less than the estimate. Great move and I will be telling my friends to use them for sure.

Moving stinks, I mean who really WANTS to move? We didn't. When we bought our new house, we kind of forgot that getting into it would require a move. We checked around with a few local companies and settled on Hansen Bros. They weren't the least expensive, but their sales rep was the most professional and knowledgeable. They came out and loaded up a 2400 sq ft house and moved it into our new home on the same day. The guys were friendly and accomodating and did a great job of protecting our furniture and our home. The final bill was within 10 of the original estimate and they were out of there in time for us to have a late dinner. I definitely recommend this moving company for anyone considering not doing it by themself.
