very disappointed went in store asked around to the people working and come to find out all the 5 stars on this page are employees very shady people offered me 40% less than my coins were worth didnt sell just checked out prices. take your gold elsewhere do not come here if you do be mindful to walk away

I had some old jewelry pieces left to me by my mom as a 18th birthday present, i needed money now for school and i wanted to sell them. checked on google and bing, im a computer geek and i always want the best price, found this place the GH they were all over it on top and seems like they are advertising a lot, checked few of their reviews and seems like they are the only ones who are paying top dollar. I decided to call them and Larry picked up the phone, he told he pays the most and to come in for an exact offer. I came in the next day, he checked my stuff for me, put them in different piles of silver and gold i had, he weighted each pile and told me how many grams were there and how much he could pay me, i googled the gold price and it was around 1700, he offered me 730 dollars, i checked google again, and that offer price was seemed to make sense when i did my math calculations. i told him no, i want 800, he checked few times the numbers, called someone on the phone, i was getting nervous, he hung up the phone and said OK. damn i was soo happy, i even drew a little sweat under my hat, this place is legit.

I stopped by the Lynnwood location today to see how much I could get for some miscellaneous unwanted gold I had. The girl working, Melissa tested all the pieces I had brought in, weighed them, and gave me an offer. I told her this was the first place I had been and wanted to see what others would offer. She gave me a card and told me if I found someone who would pay more to call her and she would do her best to beat their offer. She was very nice and professional. I went to another place and had them look at my belongings. They offered me $8 more than what I had been offered. So I called Melissa and told her their offer, to my surprise she told me she would beat their price by $10 so I told her I would be right there. I came back gave her my ID, signed a paper, and she gave me the cash. I couldn't have been any happier. The whole experience was fast, convenient, and I know I received the BEST price for the belongings. I will definitely be bringing all of my gold here no questions asked!

I needed cash fast for holiday spending, came in thursday got 2 rings and 1 bracelet, got quoted 190, I decided check few more places, got quoted much less then this at other gold shops, came back saturday they paid me $210 as a bonus 10% for returning customer. Honest good guys working here, will always come back and recommend to my friends.

I came in on Monday with a piece of jewelery i found in my cabinet, i thought id get maybe $50 for it, looked nice and pretty heavy, I came in they offered me $158 for it, i was like WOW, this cant be true, since of the higher price, i was skeptical on taking offer from them, so i went shopped around and everyone else seems like lied to me about the quality of my ring and the price, most i got offered was $110, so on Tuesday i went back to them, and they even offered me a 5% Bonus since i was a repeat customer, i was like WOW, really surprised , honest people working here, they actually test it and show you what you have and what they will pay it. This experience was awesome for me, ill recommend them to all my friends.
