Casa Bella Spa & Nails

This was the worst pedicure experience I've ever had. I even had the owner working on me, but apparently what the customer wants on their own feet isn't what this spa gives. I was outraged at the way I was treated. Not only was I told that my color choices were ugly and "not cute", but when I asked for a specific design, I was again told that it was "not cute", and then she did her own design, telling me "see, this is cute." When I specifically said, "no this is not what I want," she took off the nail polish all together, and she was not friendly about it in the least ... but she truly hadn't been friendly in the first place. None of the girls talked to any of their customers, I noticed, only conversing with themselves in their own language. I am completely appalled at this business and would absolutely tell anyone looking for a good experience to AVOID Casabella Spa and Nails at all costs.
