Carson Cars has a great inventory and a polite staff. The salespeople never pressured a sale and allowed me to explore the lot on my own. I asked questions and was given professional information.

Got a great deal on a Honda Odyssey, we were in the market for a while and had a tough time finding the right one. We were able to get exactly what we wanted to pay.

We recently moved back to Washington from Hawaii. Since we had to sell our car before we could make the move back, we needed a new one. We found a cadillac ext that my husband "had to have". We got a great price on it. After we brought it home, we noticed after spending more time in it that there were a few small things we wanted to get fixed. We called the dealership to see who they recommend. I had no idea that Carson Cars also has a auto repair shop. We dropped it off, went to pick it the next day. When we were getting ready to pay the bill, they told me dont worry about it, it was on them. I couldnt believe it! I know it didnt amount to a lot of money, but we were tickled pink. We are very impressed with Carson Cars and now their auto shop too! Yes, of course we will be back, you have customers for life!

There have been past times where I've belt taken advantage of in car sales but this definitely wasn't one of those times. I had complete trust and faith in the sales man I dealt with.

It's always at least a week long process when my wife and I buy a new car. We shop around, search, and make sure we get the best deal. These fellows took all the work out of the whole process and made it so much easier to deal with.

Just when I thought I had found the car of my dreams I decided to take a peek at the Carson inventory. I am glad I did because I actually found the car I was about to purchase at another dealership at a lower mileage and a better price.

I found these guys by an Internet search which spoke highly of them. I am happy to add another review those. They really helped me out of a bad spot with my trade in and worked with me to get where I needed to be on payments.

Rented a car a few weeks ago and fell in love with it! I wanted to get my own car and I knew exactly what I wanted! We love our lincoln that we bought from carson cars. It's in great condition and we get a awesome price on it. We really enjoyed working with everyone there and appreciate the high level of customer service that they offered us. My friend bought a car from here. Worst mistake of his life. When he inquired about the car, the dealership said the car was checked out by their mechanic and was in decent condition. My friend went to bring his car to another shop the next day and found out it needed over 2,000 dollars worth of parts and the mechanic deemed it "unsafe" to drive. Dumfounded, he called the dealership to find out why they didn't know about all the work it needed and if the parts that needed to be replaced were covered under the warranty and they said they couldn't find his paperwork and to call back the next day. The issue has not been resolved since and his car is not drive-able, and this whole thing experience has been a real head ache. I would recommend looking up this dealership online at the Better Business Bureau website and see how many complaints have been filed against them concerning Problems with Product / Service. All together they had 19 complaints. Don't waste your time here. There's plenty of good used car dealerships throughout Washington and this place is definitely not one of them.

Very Unsafe Cars, Biggest Liars ever.. very dishonest People

I bought my Jeep at Carson Cars in Everett, WA. I found Carson Cars on the internet reviews I was checking out and I'm glad that I called! I was treated in a friendly & courtous manner from my salesman, Rick Geyman, who was very knowledgeable of the vehicles and helped me find the right rig for me! I love my Jeep! Carson Cars also gave me a coupon for a free oil change at their service department. I like that these guys service the cars they sell! A lot of other dealers don't do this. If you need a car, GO SEE CARSON CARS!

After being treated horribly by other dealers because I have bad credit, I was treated very respectful and felt relieved by the way I was treated. My truck caught on fire and I needed a truck to stay in business. The whole dealership helped me by finding what I needed and for a great price. THANKS Cale and Mike!
