Years ago this clinic was phenomenal and I swore I'd never leave. But when the founder/owner took a sabbatical the clinic took a nosedive. While two of the providers, Josh Webb and Greg Lind (owner) are well versed and consultative, the rest of the ARNPs on staff are painfully inadequate in one manner or another. If you absolutely MUST be seen somewhere then try to get in with one of these providers, otherwise, take your time to find a good quality family practitioner. After 15 years as a patient, I was misdiagnosed by one of their new providers (after requesting I NOT be seen by a new provider) with something benign when it was truly a medical emergency. He literally told me to take two vicodin and come back in a week. Good thing I googled my symptoms and was able to self diagnose and refer myself to emergency surgery the following day since by that time I had sepsis. Their office managment is not patient oriented and the office staff have little interpersonal skills.

I am giving five stars to Mr.Josh Webb, for his knowledge of a very complex chronic illness - DIABETES-, and his wonderful "bedside manners". I am only guessing, he did not learn those in medical school... I could be wrong...Sincerely,Maria Schiffer, patient
