Canyon Crossing Apartment Homes

The issues with Canyon Crossing apartments are endless. From the filth to the unprofessional staff, it's beyond me how they are still in business. Unfortunately, places like this continue to bully their tenants until someone decides to stand up to them. I've attached pictures of the condition that the apartment was in when we moved in to show the magnitude of filth. I'm also convinced there is black mold around the windows which has been ignored for years. In a nutshell, this complex is refusing to refund deposits, stealing funds from tenants and saying it's for a cleaning fee, and in turn expecting them to be ok with moving into these filthy conditions. It's obvious from the pictures that they don't use the money for cleaning. We made numerous complaints about the huge stretches of mud & dirt surrounding the apartments with no luck. We had to trek through it everyday to get into our apartment. The apartments are filthy -- inside & out. The manager (Priscilla) is so incredibly rude. Trust me-- you DON'T want to live here.
