Bijou Salon

After hearing some good reviews for this place from friends I decided to give it a try. I went in with a pretty simple haircut, sides short top long. My only request was that the corner hairs be left long. I was seen by Shelley and received one of the worst haircuts of my life! First of all, Shelley is one of the weirdest people I have had the misfortune of meeting. She would zone out multiple times during my haircut mid conversation. It was truly awkward. She cut out a giant chunk from one corner of my hair upon a closer inspection. The chunk was about 2 inches shorter than the rest of my hair. In addition to this, it was in the front so there was no way to hide it. Ultimately, I ended up having to buzz my hair. I would only recommend BIJOU if you are wanting to go bald. I looked like lady gaga after she got in a fight with her wig.

I have been coming to Bijou for the majority of my life and I LOVE it!

I would HIGHLY recommed this salon to anyone new to Lubbock or anyone looking for a change!
