After 3 other vets and over $2500 in fees, with only steady deterioration, we realized we would have to put our beloved Ralph to sleep. He had not been able to eat or drink for over 3 months on his own, slept all day and night, couldn't walk straight and wanted to hide in corners. I called Mr. Maro on the advice of a neighbor and took Ralph in to have him euthanized.

He was booked till 11 pm, but said to bring him in. When we arrived, the clinic was packed. Dr. Maro came out to examine Ralph and returned to the office. After seeing a few other animals we brought Ralph into the building. Dr. Maro examined him again, diagnosed a totally different problem than the 3 other vets and asked permission to test him. Ten minutes later, the test came back confirming the diagnosis.

Dr. Maro prescribed medicine and asked us to bring Ralph back in a week. We left the clinic after 1 am; an assistant told us he still had 2 more surgeries that night. I asked her if this was typical and she said yes, on days when they had office calls.

I could not have been more shocked at the fast, accurate, and fairly priced help we received at Dr. Maro's clinic. I will be straight and tell you the clinic is not the Taj Mahal; just a simple farm out-building with a concrete floor, but I was amazed how brilliant and effective this incredible, dedicated doctor was at solving our special needs problem. No wonder the crowd he received at midnight on a weeknight respected him as The Miracle Worker. Ralph has been doing better and we are hoping this will be the cure. Thank you so much, Dr. Maro. We can't thank you enough.

Dr. Mario has been our pets’ vet for the last ten years and I wouldn’t change him for anything!...
His clinic may not compare to a 5-star luxury hotel but it is because for him, it is all absolutely it the animal care, not human “eye indulgence”... he is a no-nonsense doctor who’s priority isn’t to get rich, but to help you give you pet the best care possible.
More than once have I seen him treat pets whose owners couldn’t afford to pay him right there and then and his response has always been “is ok, you can pay me later, let’s take care of your pet first”... I don’t know about y’all but that’s the ONLY doctor I wanna have treat my beloved huskies Nina and Shiloh.
We think very highly of him, his skills as a vet and believe he is in this profession for the love of the animals, not to get rich.

Thank you Dr. Maro, thank you for over a decade of excellent and loving care you have provided to my babies, Nina and Shiloh.

Wonderful vet, great with animals large and small. Not a fancy office by any means but his care is great, and his fees reflect the lack of a fancy animal hospital. He is a farm vet...

This is what old time veterinary service used to be. No frills. No unnecessary test. No inflated bills. Just good old fashioned veterinary care with wisdom and experience. I take all my animals here.

well first off, i take my chicken in to get his foot infection fixed, he cut its foot open and gave him an anti biotic and said hed be able to be back out in the yard in 10 days. immidiatly after the vist i noticed his comb turning black, his health comtinued to decline and he stopped eating, after a week i was finally able to get ahold of him, because he doesnt ever answer the phone, and i take the chicken in. he gave the chicken and IV, that was just in a dog right before, i watched him take it out and stick it in my chicken. after the IV he sent me home with 5 anti biotic pills and charged me 80 more bucks for what was already paid to be fixed in the first place that he didnt. the chicken started eating and drinking again, but after his anti biotics ran out his health declined again, attempts were started to be made the day before the pills ran out, but no answer. 4 days after the pills ran out, today, this morning i wake up and he was gone. turns out the antibiotic was suppose to atleast be on a 10 day cycle and he didnt provide that. very dispointed with 2 visits i had to watch my pet suffer over a month doing everything i can to keep it alive and the vet i pay to help me cant even help me save it, and says the whole time it would be alright. breaks my heart.

Dr. Maro is a wonderful vet. He loves animals ut knows they are just animals...not people. My rescue needed $1000 worth of vet services from our old vet. He took care of dog for a much more reasonable price. He even found a second tumor the first hadn't. He is a blessing to our pets.

I don't know who gave Dr. Maro a one star review. This Vet is a gift from God. I have watched animals that other Vets wanted to put down and Dr.Maro saved their lives. He truly loves all animals. Very compassionate toward your furry loved one. Thankful we found him.
