Mark Garage Door

Very quick response within hours of my original call. On site quote was about the same as two others so I approved quote for new springs and rollers and the installation was complete within two hours. Installer very polite and accommodating. However, after getting paid and leaving, I began having problems with the remote controls. He came back a couple times in an effort to repair but to no avail. Now, three weeks later, his boss was to come over to look at the problem. 4 days later I have not heard from his "boss" and have no way to contact him directly. Very disappointed and upset.
