I took my male cat into the snip clinic when they were having a neuter-a-thon.
During the process of getting him fixed. The staff broke his nose. Yes I said it, the BROKE his nose. We noticed something was wrong with his nose but thought that's where they tattooed if to visibly show he's fixed. After he got home he went into hiding ( normal cat thing) after a day we coaxed him out and started investigating his nose which we thought it was broken, took him to the vet and it was confirmed and I asked him if he could've broke it in the cage, the vet said no. I contact the snip clinic the lady I talked to was super nice until I told her about my cat's nose and if he fell off the table. She got rude and hung up.
The moral of this no, I would never take another pet there and I will spread the word to keep others from going there because the staff abused my cat to the point of breaking his nose. They can do worst to your animal. Pay extra and take them to the vet
