This complex offers state of the art amenities. As a perspective tenant I have looked at apartment ratings .com website (81% recommended as of end June 2013) and have driven through and toured the property several times to look for cleanliness etc. The property was exceptionally clean and buildings are well maintained. I have found nothing negative online about the complex that would warrant not recommending the complex. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complex is located not far from I-64, I-264, and I-265 making it convenient to travel throughout Louisville. The prices are reasonable and a discounted cable and/or internet package is available as well as washer and dryer hookups. The one bedroom floor plans are 841 sq ft and very open and spacious. There is plenty of storage and a nice lake on the property. Plenty of parking spaces are on the property and with each drive through I saw no trash around property and dumpsters.

This apartment complex is a joke. Brand new these apartments were half put together and they want you to pay for it to be put together properly when you move out! Be careful of all your walk through paper work GET COPIES and go through the place with a fine tooth comb - they will add their own comments after you sign it! If they do make repairs to the apartment while you live there they half do it and then when you move out they will try to charge you to fix it right. Take pictures of the apartment and keep all notices especially when construction is being done around the complex where blasting may be occuring. The pool is cool although it took them almost 2 years to open it when they first starting renting and now you can't take coolers to the pool for your refreshments! Renter BEWARE - document document document it may cost you tons in the long run!
