If I could give a zero, I would. Unprofessional and does not return phone calls. I have great insurance, however, he will not provide his tax ID information and billing codes so I may file with my insurance. Had 4 appointments with him at which time he made an inappropriate referral for a family member. When the facility (the family member was referred to) attempted to contact him, he did not return their phone calls, either. Multiple phone call attempts were made by both parties.

Dr. Bell is a judgmental jerk who is only willing to address what he sees as important issues in your life, and is unwilling to talk about what your concerns are. I went to Dr. Bell for about a year and had many sessions with him in an attempt to improve my family relationships and talk to about my life trajectory.

He refused to address the things I wanted to address until I'd told him I wouldn't be coming back for my next appointment, then he was all about discussing my issues.

I wish I hadn't wasted as many sessions with him as I did.
