Mint Condition Fitness is your alternative to large, impersonal gyms. Our focus is on relationships with members, customer service that exceeds expectations, and education designed to help you get the most out of your workouts. Our studio caters to people who are unsure about what to do when they go to the gym, or have never been. Our goal is to mentor and motivate people that are having difficulty reaching their goals, or are not sure where to start. All of the memberships include personal fitness coaching. There are various memberships available, some for people needing increased personal attention, and others for those who want more freedom in their training. For those that want more freedom, but would still like a program to follow, we also have an online training program fully equipped with an exercise video library and the ability to track all of your progress online. We believe we have the best fitness club in the area with the most attentive and knowledgeable staff, the most cutting-edge training methods and a clean and comfortable place to work toward your goals. We also believe that we offer more to our members with our focus on a holistic approach to healthy living. While other businesses focus only on one area of health, we try to provide guidance in a variety of areas including exercise, diet, sleep, recovery, breathing, and more. We understand that making a decision to work out is difficult. Will I like the other members? Will I really stick with it this time? Will the staff appreciate my business after the sale? These are fair questions that can only be answered by coming in to meet us. It’s hard to hide bad service, poor staff, or a lack of knowledge face-to-face. That is why we offer a 2-week, 4-session, trial membership where you can come and see for yourself what we provide. We believe that after experiencing our club, you’ll want to become a member.
