I am very thankful for Dr. Howell and Nurse Hazel. They took care of me as though I were a VIP. Dr. Howell took time to listen to my concerns, answer my direct questions, and gave me options that I should think about as I go forward. Nurse Hazel was also very kind. I needed to have a procedure done. Nurse Hazel called ahead while I was still in the room and arranged for my procedure to be done. My God, what service!?.

They also ordered the medication I needed, so when I went to the pharmacy, they were already prepared for my arrival. In fact, every KP personnel that I came in contact with was welcoming and very helpful. One gets the sense at Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Hills, you are seen, heard, and treated with dignity. Kudos to the leadership of this Medical Center. Keep going, and I will return.
The parking is excellent too.
