It's nice to work with a company that does a good job when things go smoothly, but the best companies are those that do a great job when things go wrong. UAS- Universal Abatement Svc is that company. I was blatantly ignored by another company that came out wasted my time and never showed up or call again. Mark the owner of UAS came out he was professional, sincere, honest, honorable, polite, and competent regarding the asbestos abatement process. He and his team did exactly what he said he would do when he said he would do it. My home is free of asbestos and I can breathe easy. Should I need to go through this kind of process again, I will definitely choose to do business with UAS.
