Great communication from both the office and installers on arrival times. Work was competed in a reasonable period of time and installation area was all cleaned up when done.

I called George about an issue with my door not closing, and reversing up right before it closed. He actually gave me some simple tips to try before I spent money having him come out. He said he could come right out if needed, but didn't want me to have to spend money if I didn't have to. I love Jack!! Saved me hundreds of dollars on my garage repair. I had other quotes from different garage companies and all were in the $1500 range because they said I would need a brand new door along with replacing springs, installing garage door opener. I mentioned this to Jack and he said that the garage door itself is in great shape, so I didn't need to buy a new door! Alex with Stanley Garage Door & Gate Repair is as good as it gets. Prices were better than other quotes that I had received, however, the service that Alex provided was great! I called Alex to have a spring replaced on one of my overhead doors. He of course replaced the spring, and he also reinforced the top panel of my door. My technician was really good. He drove late to make it to my house to repair the garage the same day. He ended up finishing after 11 PM. He was knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. I had some concerns about the pricing, but they worked with me to resolve it. In the end the price was reasonable and the technician came the same day and stayed late at night to fix the problem.

Unbelievably fast response time! In less than an hour from making initial call I had a technician at my property. Tech was awesome, courteous, patient, knowledgeable and worked quickly to replace a 25 year old opener. Went above and beyond by adjusting door spring and cleaning and lubricating rollers and track. I can't believe how quiet and smooth it runs now.
