La 2000 Taxi Cab

this company is not a legitamate company. the cab they sent me had no labeling decals on the outside which would identify it as a taxi cab. it was just some crappy old vehicle with no taxi cab meter or anything in it. i could hardly understand the english that the receptionist spoke. the back of the vehicle had an empty box of beer bottles in it. and when they showed up, they told me it's going to be an extra charge for bringing a dog, when i had already clearly asked the receptionist if dogs are allowed. she said they're allowed, but i'd be charged if the dog went to the bathroom in the cab. they wanted to charge me $50 for a ride that i know is worth $25. i'll most definately NEVER use this business again!
