Ferndell Nature Museum

I enjoy walking this pretty little hike on the edge of Griffith Park that takes you through lush, fern-covered terrain and over quaint bridges along a small brook. The terrain is flat, with benches along the way to just sit and contemplate. When you get to the end of the short walk, a great little cafe called The Trails awaits you, as well as a children's playground. Parking can be tough on the weekends... you can always head up to the lot on the far side of the cafe if you can't find any spaces on the road.
