Carss Traffic School

I just called to ask a question regarding the participation questions, and turning in the packet, and the man who answered was ruthless. He would not give me his name. I asked twice, and all he said is your wasting my time and I will just move on. I said this is important. I just wanted to know if I am speaking to the main person I was referred to. He said okay well have a nice day! and said I was wasting his time for the second time and aggressively. I simply hung up. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE neither would I speak to someone who doesn't give me their name when trying to represent a Traffic School. Loosing business is a no brainer, and kindness can take you far, but not today. Hope this place stays open for long, because I could not find them on yelp probably for many reasons.
