The O'Connor Health Center has the best weight loss program. I have tried Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, personal trainers and diets like Paleo, Keto & others. None of them were even come close to the O'Connor Health Center's program. I lost 32 pounds in 2 months. Plus I was taken off my medications (Metformin, Lipitor, and high blood pressure) by my primary care physician.
