Since its founding in 1992, Austin-Jones Corporation has rapidly grown with yearly revenues near $18 million. This growth is mainly due to management's attitude toward its clients. Client satisfaction is the primary objective of the company. It is a diversified commercial general contractor with the ability to meet the needs of its clients on a variety of project types, including new ground up construction, rehabilitation to existing buildings, seismic construction, and tenant improvement work. Approximately 50 percent of its work is church construction and remodel. Austin-Jones also has a strong background in fast food restaurant construction, retail construction, and railroad related construction. Ninety percent of its work is with private owners with negotiated contracts or select bid list bid arrangements. The other 10 percent is public works with the federal government or California state system.
