If I could give them no stars, I would. Whatever you do....call someone else. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company to fix your air conditioning. They will try to sell you an entire indoor and outdoor unit when you really don't need it. They have a young guy named David who grunts when you ask him something instead of giving you a polite straight answer. He tried to sell us a whole new AC system, then called his supervisor, James, out who tried to confirm the same thing...they are only trying to break your wallet and give themselves a raise. We had a second opinion because we didn't buy into it, and the other company fixed the unit with minimal cost to us. They really should not call themselves Courtesy Air...they should call themselves Rude Air because they really stink. You have been warned here, and there is no charge for this good advice.
