This place was ok. I was referred here by my fellow employees to check out for some new gear, and it was a very bad experience. I went in to get a new holster, of course I am left handed and they do not carry many left handed holsters. I was upset when they told me they would have to order it. I did I waited 3 weeks got a call came in and it was a right handed holster. It took them three times to order me the correct holster, i waited over 4 months to receive a holster from them. I could have easily ordered it myself and got it faster. I had called several times and had asked to speak to a manager, and was told they do not have one, they asked if I would like to speak to the owner, since there is no manager I told them to put me on the phone with him. I was on hold for 6 minutes and the floor staff picked up and said he was to busy to leave him a voicemail. I had left several messages for him to call me back, I have still yet to receive a call. I have gotten several other items there for my deployments and the seamstress Becca did an amazing job tailoring them to my needs. Amanda B, there are 2, was very helpful at finding me some new boots and I love them they made my feet feel so good. If I had to come back, I only would if it was to get mandatory items, otherwise I would order online.
