Due to issues on the seller's side it took almost two years to close on our home, but you and everyone else at FHC stood by us 100%. I am certain that any other mortgage broker would have quit on this deal a long time ago. Instead, when the situation got toughest and the delayed closing caused us to be homeless for months, you guys dug in worked weekends and offered advice and compassionate assistance. As a first time home buyer the process of financing a home can be very intimidating and scary, but FHC Mortgage has made the process of financing a home very easy for us. At our first meeting we presented a pre-approval from an other institution for $180,000 and were told by said institution that my husband didn’t qualify for a loan. To our surprise, you helped us secure a loan for $600,000 with my husband as the primary borrower.
