Great friendly service, very accomidating. I rented the fun splash waterslide for my sons birthday..what a blast for all!! I would highly reccomend.

Great service, showed up on time, friendly service, had the fun jump up in a mater of minutes. The Mickey Mouse fun jump was in great shape and as described, monstrous, fun, and jumpy. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Although monster jump charges slightly more than other jumpy house rental companies in the Bay Area these guys are fantastic and worth the extra charge. Service was great and the jumpy house was clean and in very good shape. They were on time, friendly, and funny. You better know your princesses if you are planning on getting the princess themed jumpy house because Mark tested the adults and asked if we could name them all. Will use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Great service, the owner is easy to get a hold of and always available on his cell phone. We rented a jumpy house for our new years eve party and he just happen to have an outdoor heater on his truck to rent so we got that too. It worked out perfect since it was so cold. He was on time to to drop off and pick up our rentals and works very quickly. He is also nice and friendly. If you need other rentals besides jumpy houses he has a lot of ther stuff too like margarita machines etc.

Wonderful SERVICE!!!! Easy to communicate and do things very effective for our special event such as DeafNation Expo. Way to go!

The service for our son's 10th birthday party was timely, the price was right, and the kids had a blast in the "monster truck" bounce house. I'd recommend this company for any similar event.

I woke up on the day of my daughters birthday party to find out that there was missed communication from my regular jumpy guy that he could not bring me a jumpy that morning. I googled jumpy rentals and came across Monster Fun Jumps and gave them a call. Best jumpy rentals in the Bay!!!! Honest and professional staff. We rented a waterslide for the 4th of July...it was a hit at the block party. The water slide was the main event. The quality of the slide was outstanding. No issues with anything and the slide withstood some major usuage from 20 kids. Service from their staff was great! Monster Fun Jumps delivered ontime, had fair prices and set everything up. Highly recommended and will use again!

We have used Monster Fun Jumps 4 times. I have been VERY happy with them each time. From a 5 year olds birthday party to a 16 yr olds sleepover, each time it has been great. Very clean bounce houses, with wonderful customer service. Calls all immediately returned, and drop off and pick up always on time. I look forward to using them again for our next party.

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Monster Fun Jumps. My son and his friends had a great time celebrating his 5th birthday; largely in part of MFJ. I would highly recommend them to our friends and family and look forward to surprising my husband with a bouncy for his 40th birthday. :-)

We used Monster Fun Jumps for my daughter's 14th birthday party and it was dubbed "the best party of the year!" the service was great, the jump house was clean and the girls had a blast!

We used Monster Fun Jumps for a party and they were great. About a week later I noticed a brown spot in my lawn which did not seem to be getting watered. After investigating it appeared they accidentally punctured my sprinkler line with one of the stakes (the sprinkler lines are obvioulsy very shallow). I called the company and explained the situation and they replied "no problem, how do you want to handle it"; this was not the answer I expected a week later but was very happy with the response. It was fixed the very next day, no questions asked. This company delivers a quality product and the customer service is second to none...even with problems...even a week later. We will use them again and recommed to all our friends.

We were VERY pleased with Monster Fun Jumps. We had a 40th birthday party for my husband and were a little nervous with all the different ages of children coming. Mark recommended the 5 in 1 jump house and we were so pleased! All the kids, even parents were entertained. It was so interactive and the kids loved it! I was initially concerned that it would not fit in our backyard, but Mark came to our house the week before to measure. He will work you in his schedule and is very accomodating. He delivered exactly when he said he was going to and same with pick up. Very professional service. We will DEFINITELY be using Monster Fun Jumps again for our next party. I highly recommend them!

I'm very happy with the service and product provided by Monster Fun Jump. Since I have a smallish size backyard, I have to get a small jump house. Most of the other local businesses offer the 12x12 and I was feeling hopeless until I found Monster Fun Jump. They actually have a 10x10 size "castle" jumpy that would fit well into my backyard. Mark called me the day before to confirm time and address and he arrived on time the day of the event. Not only that, he made sure the set up was exactly how we wanted it. Monster definitely got my return business!!

These are the cleanest jump houses we have ever used! I'm a director of a pre-school and these jump houses meet all our requirements. They deliver on time, great with the children, variety of choices, reasonable prices, equipment is disinfected. I highly recommend this company!

My son asked for a bounce house for his 5th birthday party and I just couldn't say no. I had never rented one before so I did my research and ultimately chose Monster Fun Jumps. I wanted a reputable, Livermore-based business and I definitely got one! Mark was extremely prompt and friendly and the bounce house was incredibly clean. Absolutely the best $135 I've ever spent!

FANTASTIC! First time ordering a moon bounce and i have to say Mark and his son could not have made the process easier or more enjoyable. The moon bounce was literally brand new and clean. They were so nice...set up was quick...the price was great and best of all my son was thrilled. I will absolutely use them again. Great experience!
