True Glory

The hair is ok but the customer service is a absolute mess.. The females there don't smile at you or nothing.. The last time I went which was about 2 or 3 weeks ago there were 5 females behind the counter just looking like we stole their men... The vibe there is horrible made me really not want to buy anything... There need be some happy looking females working there

Yesterday was my first time at true glory i drove two hours to come here i have to say this was my worst customer service experience the ladies just look at you and when asked a question they just point at a picture the attitudes were really bad also i spent $300 on hair and they just pull it from under the counter and throw it in a plastic bag the hair looks like its been played with..never will buy hair here again ����

I have only bought Brazilian hair from true glory because that is what I am accustomed to but after yesterdays experience I won't be going back. They always have girls in there with horrible attitudes. Do they think their hair is that good that they can't have good customer service? I went in yesterday and they were out of just about all their hair. They only had short inches. I asked the girl which hair did she have and she just pointed to the wall. Then I looked at the hair which was about 14 inches and it looked like people had just been running their fingers through it. I watched as she threw another customers hair in the little black bag with no regard to the fact that she just spent about $200 for it. I asked when they would be having more hair she said she don't know. ( well thanks for all your help... NOT!) I was at the lithonia location. I always receive the same service from them just horrible. I went somewhere else and bought my hair received great service got to ask as many questions as I wanted without an attitude and it came nicely bagged.

Horrible customer service . I didn't like how the hair is just thrown inside the bag and you don't get to see what hair looks like. Also the bundles I have gotten were smaller than usual and shorter
