My father Art Santana passed away in February 2014. My sister who lives in Texas called in an order. The day before the service we had to make a change to the order. Not only did they make the change but they went over and beyond our expectations. It was beautiful and I would defiantly recommended them.

My fiance ordered a flower bouquet for me for Valentine's Day of red roses and red carnations, and the only pretty thing about it was the vase. The 'arrangement' was not an arrangement at all, but rather the flowers just bunched up tight together and stuck in a vase. Flower arrangements purchased at Save Mart look high end compared to what this was.



The message he had them write on the card to go with it looks like it was written by a school boy who can't spell. Random letters throughout the entire message were capitalized when then should not have been (eg: "unTiL"), and the grammar was atrocious (eg: "EveRy DAy We ARE PART, ..." supposed to be 'apart'). These are just samples of it. The entire message was written this poorly.



I did not have the heart to tell him how it really showed up, because he would have been heart broken to have known how shoddy the workmanship was on this. This was beyond low class, and cheap. You will find much more beautiful flower arrangements at your local grocery store or gas station. I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with this florist.
