Paws-A-Tively Purrfect

Boarded my pets here (2 dogs/1 cat) for 1 week ($540) Upon pickup, my dog had a massive ear infection and had scratched all of the fur off of her ear. Staff did not contact my vet or me to see how I'd like to handle this. Felt terrible that my dog was in pain for who knows how long. Very disappointed. Can't speak to their grooming side, but will NEVER board here again or recommend.
