Animal Care & Medical Center

This place has gone down the drain. I stopped by on Saturday 2/13 for dog food and you were closed with a hand written note stating come to our other office. Just a few days earlier I get a post on my facebook stating your new extended Saturday hours. Today I call 2/19 to be sure your going to be open before I drive over there again and the telephone rings and rings and rings. When it finally it answered, some mush mouth puts me on hold and I wait and wait and wait. I hung up. My food will be purchased elsewhere. I really miss all the old staff.

All the staff are great. I only saw Dr. Harris but he and his nurse worked wonders on my bird. I have a Blue and Gold macaw, Gino. He cracked his beak. They stopped the bleeding, repaired it and showed me how to give the meds. They were amazing, every other vet hospital that said they took care of birds were afraid of him. The girl at the front desk called me every day to see if Gino was eating okay too.
