ARCO Remodeling

We were instructed to be at home to get an estimate for few projects, including drywall painting in our living room. Hours passed with what seemed to be like an apparent no-show, we attempted to call in several times to find out the whereabouts of the estimator, but unfortunately no one picked up the phone. Eventually on the 3rd hour, we got through. The lady over the phone informed us that someone already showed up to do the estimate for project outside of the house and left. No knocks, no bell rings, no action taken on the estimate inside of the house. Clearly I was admittingly upset and inquired why there had been zero communication regarding this and asked me to stay home, when the estimator just came and left without giving an estimate on an agree-upon requests. The lady was very unapologetic, and practically told me that it was not her fault so there's "no need to yell" at her. I didn't yell. I will be fair to say that I cannot judge how poor or excellent they are in terms of capability of doing the actual roofing/remodeling job. But I guess I will never find out neither.



In short, if you're looking for a long-term roofing/remodeling company that you can trust, skip this place. There are plenty more out there.
