Rosita's Mexican Restaurant

The manager of this restaurant is incredibly rude and disrespectful. According to their recent Facebook post, they are required by law to enforce masks. There’s not actually a law, only a mandate. The restaurant per their own admission, doesn’t require the staff that’s not regularly in contact with the public to wear masks while working in their establishment, yet that staff is in direct contact with the wait staff that does have contact with the public that’s not required to wear masks once they get chips and salsa. Again, admission from the restaurant. When a comment was made regarding the above, and also to ensure that those who can’t wear masks due to medical issues were not discriminated against, management contacted the individual via Facebook messenger and proceeded to cuss at them, call them names, call them crazy etc. This is not an appropriate way for a business owner to conduct themselves. It’s not appropriate to use fowl language with customers or potential customers. I would advice against eating at this establishment and put that money towards businesses that are respectful of every customer. Even the ones they disagree with.

Food was amazing as always!
But the person answering the phone wasn't the best at it and the owner Kyle was over the top rude! (Personal feelings have no place at work.) Paying customers deserve the ultimate best respect. Hope next time we'll have better service. And if not, the food is still worth it.

O.M.Goodness!! Rosita's Super burritos are so good. I can't wait to come visit home just to go eat there. Only negative is their hours of operation..I'm hungry other times besides 4 to 7. Could have so much business in Sidney Mt. Go there!
