Pet-A-Coat Junction Boarding

The only place I will take my dog for boarding and grooming. They treat my dog like family. I have never been disappointed

I've used Pet-A-Coat Junction for years and have never had a single problem. Everyone that works there is super friendly and they always take excellent care of my dog. They even offer $10 baths so she is smelling awesome when I pick her up. I love this place and will never use anywhere else.

We recently boarded our 3 dogs at this facility. After retrieving our dogs, we let our small dog out of the crate he had been staying in while boarding and discovered that his bedding was soaked with urine and contained feces. Additionally, the larger dogs smelled atrocious, as did the office area when entered, overwhelmingly so. This indicates to us that our dogs were not kept in a clean, safe, and healthy environment. We asked for a partial refund due to the lack of service, which we thought was reasonable since they did not deliver proper service, but they refused to do so based on an alleged refund policy that we could not find anywhere on their website. Needless to say, our dogs will not be staying at this terrible place anymore and if you value your pet's well-being neither will yours.

These previous posters obviously have no idea what they are talking about! he girls at Pet A Coat are awesome! They provide the best care possible to the pets. They also have the best prices in town along with the best groomer around! My boys love going here! They get so excited when we round the corner you would think that its a vacation for them!

Our dog was there for three days. When we picked him up his bed were urine soaked and very dirty. Special care instruction were on a sign on his kennel door but had obviously been ignored. They told me that he had chewed off his walking harness the previous night. They didn't even act like they knew that the harness was not suppose to be a 24/7 accessory. HOLY CRAP!! Of course he chewed it off. He must have been miserable. The reviews that I read were nothing but outstanding but I clearly chose the wrong site on which to read. I owe our dog a tremendous apology for putting him in this pound. It won't happen again.

Never leave your pet here. We had called to check on our pet a few times and they assured me that she was doing great and eating her food with the supplement we provided. When we picked her up, the supplement was still in her bag. She also said our pet was walked twice a day and when we picked her up, she had urinated on her bed and once we took her outside, she urinated 3 times. Once we got her home, she urinated even more. She had obviously not been walked this day before we picked her up and that was at 3:30 PM. We called back and ask to speak to the owner and the lady told us the owner usually was not available. I told her what had happened and she said she would talk to the girl who was working the kennel and I told the lady we would not be bringing our pet back there. She told us ok and have a nice day. No apology or anything. I would stay away from this place if I were looking to leave my pet somewhere.
