        Giving this property one star ...

        Giving this property one star is being generous. The pros are far outweighed by the cons.



        The perk of being located with easy highway access and near shopping and dining is overshadowed by the smell of the adjacent city dump.



        The cute designs of the buildings are easily forgotten once you have to deal with management's lies and inconsistencies.



        The convenience of an attached garage is quickly overlooked once you realize your guests don't have anywhere close to park. Ever.



        Avoid this property. Trust me.
