Publix Super Market at Crossroads Shopping Center

I have shopped at many different locations and Publix usually meets or exceeds my expectations, but this store has disappointed me one to many times. I have had issues with prices and instead of the Publix Promise, I am told someone forgot to change that tag, or its in the wrong place, or the best one yet oh you don't get that for free because the manager, A tall thin gray haired man, said that one flavor isn't on sale, when the whole end cap was full of that flavor. Try to find a employee who speaks english to help you find a item, I havent found one yet. Then when paying the cashiers and people who bag groceries neither greet me but do talk to eachother in whatever language that they speak, be it Creole, spanish etc. So though this store is less then 1/2 mile from my house I drive the extra 6 miles to Sweetbay now where I do my shopping. I really think that something should be done about this store, because I really like shopping at Publix, but I am not gonna shop somewhere where the managers make you feel like you are wasting their time with your complaint.
