Tom's Discount Air and Auto Repair

I am very skeptical of a review on here in which the user raved about the customer service. It seems fake. That was quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. And not just for a mechanic - in general. Every review online that is at all detailed would confirm. I would ask the previous reviewer to describe what was so great about their customer service. He was rude, did not listen to his customers (I was not the only person there that he insulted), and he was generally disinterested in helping or even doing any work. I was so disgusted by the interaction, I ended up doing the job myself (replace blower motor) and even though it took a little longer than I would have liked, I was satisfied not to have spent any money with this organization. I highly discourage anyone from visiting this shop. Save yourself the rude, unprofessional interaction and go literally anywhere else.

Horrible service, Terrible customer service.. These guys do NOT know what they are doing, nor do they know what they are talking about. They have " fixed " issues my car has had, and not even 1 month later the thing they "fixed" broke again? HMMM Yeah then they sell you their bs about how it is something causing the problem, when you know that is a lie! I wouldn't recommend anyone going this this auto shop for anything, unless you just feel like blowing a lot of money, because they don't fix what they are supposed to, and they break stuff that they shouldn't even be touching.. Save your money, and hassle and go to a REAL shop!
