General Info: Established in 1985, Valley Park Elementary School is a learning center that serves more than 450 students in kindergarten through grade five. The school s academic curriculum includes Spanish and computer education. It offers the English as a Second Language program. The school also provides speech and language therapies for students with special needs. Valley Park Elementary School supports programs in art, music and physical education. The school s staff includes a guidance counselor, nurse, psychologist, resource room aides, and reading and math specialists. The school operates a parent-teacher organization that sponsors programs, such as book fairs, carnivals and family fun events. It also organizes several field trips, food drives and musical concerts. Valley Park Elementary School is a part of Blue Valley School District 229.
