Not buying it...

This sounds a lot like a radio commerical that Pro Partners did and not an actual review.

I found this same exact posting on another web site as well...I don't know of any patiant that would take the time to write the same review on mulitple web sites.

I'm thinking this was wrote by a Doctor at the practice and not a patiant.

Not buying it!!!

Avoid it. They are only interested in $$$. I had a "milestone physical" and they made a serious mistake in my medical history. One that might affect my life insurance premiums. When I called them to correct it, they refused. I would have to see DR. Holbrook (+$40 copay) to correct THEIR mistake. Incompetent.

Care about you

I have been going to PPMD for the past 4 years and have had nothing but a good experience. They take time to listen to any questions or concerns I have and answer them in great detail. I know I can call with any question and they will have an answer for me.

highly recommend

The good thing about PPMD is you have never had to wait very long, not in the waiting room and not in the exam room. I've gotten in and out of there quickly each time and the Doctors are always good about taking the time to listen and not trying to rush you out for the next patient.

Got right to the heart of the problem

Just wanted to let people know that the medical professionals at propartnersmd are great. I had some major stress and concerns about my health because of that stress and they took the time and effort necessary for me to get the right diagnosis and then prescribed treatment like I've never experienced before at a doctor's office.

They made sure I understood what I needed to do and how we needed to work together as a team to get things under control so I can deal with the stress. I feel better than I have in a long while, much in part due to the way they handled my case from the minute I walked in the door until i left. Won't go anywhere else anymore, I found my doc.

Quick,Professional,Effective

Pro Partners MD has been my Primary Care Physician for three years. I have improved my health each year with Dr Minors advice and counsel. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The health exam is very detailed and tailored to my needs. Their appointments run on time and if I ever have a question the nurses line gets back to me with same day answers to my health related questions. They value my time and improve my health. Cost is reasonable for the services received. Its the best primary care physician I have had since my mom took me to Dr Lombardo's home office.

This office is a breath of fresh air...a group of health and wellness oriented physicians that only treat men. No whooping cough, measles, chickenpox, runny noses, or crying babies in the waiting area. Clean comfortable surroundings, high quality televisions and real reading material. They have helped me lose 30 pounds and understand how changes in age are affecting me, brought my blood pressure under control, and actually shown true care about my well being. Dr. Burns has always answered all my questions and treated me with respect and concern. If you are a man and really want to "gitter done", this is the place. PS: The billing dept. has been both accomodating and influential in dealing with my insurance providers. Professionalism is recognized and appreciated.

I have been a patient of ProPartners MD for more than 5 years and have seen both Dr. Burns & Holbrook. I could not be more satisfied with the care and follow-up provided. There is an emphasis upon medical care which includes both nutrition and fitness (which is very rare in most medical practices). I have also referred others to the practice and all have been very pleased with the relationship.

Good Healthcare

I have been a patient of Dr. Holbrook for a few years now and have always had very good care. I selected this office because of its specialty for men. The office is professional and curteous. They're not much more than that, meaning there's not much time for any more interaction (I mention this because I happen to be very sociable and love to interact with people) but I have never had a rude person to deal with. I know that medical offices are busy places. Sometimes when I call the office no one answers and I leave a message and they call me back that day if its not too late in the day during business hrs. They have always been good about getting me in for urgent care. Thats important to me. Dr. Holbrook is professional and he is a good doctor. I don't know him that well either as I only go about once yearly for my yearly exam, and I happen to be in decent health. I had to go once or twice for urgent care and they got me in right away. I understand they have programs for health maintenance too, although I don't use those services. I generally stay active with my own health and am pretty edicated on this and so don't really use thier exercise programs. Probably in the future I would find an office that has a little more "personality" to suit my own. By the same token, a lot of men would like this office as men are usually more reserved with health matters anyway. Thats just my take....

long-time patient

I've been a patient of ProPartners since they opened their practice (in the original location). I've had routine visits and comprehensive executive physicals, probably more than a dozen visits in all. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes, been accomodated for appointments on very short notice, and always been well cared for by the staff. The doctors have always taken a great deal of time to be thorough and to answer all of my questions--evidence that they care more about me as a patient than they do their pocketbooks. ProPartners provides what I'm looking for in a medical practice--quick access, doctors who are knowledgeable and personable, excellent service, and all in a great facility.

Avoid-Money Hungry

This doctor’s office only cares about making money. I was a patient until today. I have high blood pressure and needed my prescription filled. I also explained that I was running low on the medicine and need it ASAP. I was told they will not refill my prescription unless I come in for a physical. On my last visit, I was explained the three different types of physicals that they offer. The price range varies from a few hundred dollars to almost a thousand dollars. The point was, I informed the nurse that I did not want a physical. She claims that she check with the doctor & he stated that he would not refill my prescription unless I come in a and have a physical The bottom line is that, I have been on high blood pressure medication for years and we be until the day I die, they do not have the right to tell me that, they refuse to refill my prescription unless I come in for a physical. I found a new PCP that will see me tomorrow.
