Croi Trained at Laser Sharp Fitness

I went to Lasersharp bc I knew they trained and promoted Natural BodyBuilding. I had an interest in it. I met w Jamie Keen Fitness Pro herself. From the beginning I felt comfortable that she knew what she was talking about, listened to my goals and dreams and told me how she could help me get there in both training and diet.

She took my diet and training beyond where I could have done on my own... The End result was a show and win! I wouldn't use or recommend anyone else. Jamie is the Best!

I can hardly believe the transformation my body had undergone since working out with Brad Kill. He drives me further than I ever thought possible and keeps me inspired to continue on my fitness path. Thank you Brad for the difference you have made in my life! jk

She is tough but mixes it up to make it fun. I can feel the difference in my body. I am stronger and more flexible which is my goal in order to play better golf. Jamie is helping build my core strength to meet this goal. The bonus is...my whole body is shaping up as well! Thanks Jamie!
