My husband and I lived here for 2 years. The first year under the original management was great. Things got ASAP fixed when you had something to complain, the old staff was friendly and made you reeled absolute welcomed. Then at the year change to 2012 - we just renewed our lease - rent got increased and a new management arrived. Things went within weeks downhills with no view or willingness to make out of this place again a decent living place. People keep moving out because they can't stay this place anymore. The manager yells at you when you step in the office to ask if a certain package came because you had a note on your door. Your dishwasher broke? Well after 2 months of constantly reminding them somebody fixed it. Furthermore they have like 3-4 ground and cleaning personnel for the grounds and buildings. But the grass gets not watered in summer and burned, the weed around the patios gets removed only once a year , trash is laying around all over the place including in the ponds. The swimming pool never gets cleaned and was so not usable for 90% of the time. The provided laundry rooms provide you with nothing different then defect washers and dryers.
