I all fairness this particular incident was dealt with by her mother in-law the following Monday. As it truly happened she had gotten upset prior to coming to the shop. And our young bride to be kept crying, she was very reserved and did not express herself. I am shocked to see such a bad review as this was not the technicians fault. I explain to the mother in law and the son that we can only do what a client wants done and if the client is to reserved because of past experiences and cannot voice herself she should have brought someone with her to be her voice. At no time where we rude, or unsympathetic to this bride to be wishes, and concerns. I wish this bride the best and that I hope one day she can with her past so that she can move forward in life.
