Stephens Dry Cleaners

My 80 year old mother took a suit there that cost her close to $200 the suit had beading on the jacket collar and bib...unfortunately when it was returned the beading had been knocked off in spots leaving the suit unwearable..i returned to the business to see if they would compensate her or even fix the problem..i was meet with such negative response and denial of any wrong doing..their reasoning is after 30 days their not responsible.which means their employees can simply walk out with your clothing if it has been there 31 days and their not responsible! Mind you there's not posting anywhere in this business of their responsibility to you as a customer or irresponsibly! Guess cause their only one of 2 cleaners in that town you can take it or leave it along with your items! My mom had been doing business there for 30 years or more and this is how she was treated! i'll be more than too happy to pick up her clothes and have them cleaned somewherw else to not have her treated so horribly!
